The location was convenient for exploring. the staff was helpful with directions. the garden offered a nice escape. It was quiet. the room was clean upon arrival. That's always reassuring.
my room was on the third floor, and there was no elevator. it was a bit tough with my luggage. i found the walls to be quite thin. i could hear neighbors easily, impacting my sleep.

helpful staff good garden charming theme
i found the staff spoke multiple languages, very helpful. the hotel garden and patio were good. the theme was maintained throughout the hotel adding to its appeal, i really liked the garden.
the room was a bit small. the walls are thin.
